What are the basic Frisbee Golf Discs Rules?

A disc that stops in the disc golf basket or hangs in the chains completes the hole.
Out Of Bounds
If any area of O.B. is observable between the disc and O.B. line, then the disc is measured O.B. A strike that stops at bounds, must be played from a point up to one meter in bounds from anywhere the disc crossed over the out of bounds line.
